Condition of the cargo at Sri
Tama Sdn Bhd yard
The cargo was stowed on open yard at
the shipper premises, The cargoes were packed in bare, bundles, skid, crate,
pallets and box condition
The cargo was completely with shipping
mark on externally surface, The cargo were found generally in good condition
but some of cargoes was found slightly scratched, wet due to have contact with
rain, spot rust and spot dust, No cargo damaged was found during prior loading
inspection
Lifting Process at Sri Tama Sdn Bhd Indonesia yard
Loading operation at Sri
Tama Sdn Bhd premises were carried out by loader with capacity about 50 Ton
SWL, Sufficient tools was provided for loading activity, during lifting
operation, no problems occurred on crane or in lifting appliances and the
cargoes were loaded safely on the loader for were in land transportation from shipper’s premises to ship’s side at
wharf was reported in good condition, no problems occurred during land
voyage transportation. During loading
operation of nomination cargo from commencement on March 03, 2014 at 08.00 hrs
up to today on March 06, 2014 at 08.00 hrs local time, the cargoes were
lifted from the loaders were in land transportation to the wharf, then
subsequently stowed on board the barge vessel by using the shore crane which
was provided with sufficient appliances. During lifting operation, no problems
occurred on crane or in lifting appliances and the cargoes were loaded safely
to the barge main deck.
Hooking & Cargo Condition Prior
Loading On Board
At ship’s side cargo was loading
by two units of shore crane with capacity 50 Ton SWL each. Sufficient wire sling,
spreader bar and shackle were provided for loading activity, Hooking/Loading operation
on the vessel was noted as follows:
The
cargo was forwarded alongside the vessel by loaders from stacking location, from
the ship’s side they said cargo were lifted into the vessel’s deck by shore’s
crane which was provided with wire sling, spreader bars and hook designated for
the cargo nomination. No cargo damaged was found during hooking and prior loading
on board the vessel.
Cargo Compartment
The
barge’s main deck as cargo compartment to be receiving of cargo nomination from
Cedar Enginering Sdn Bhd will be allocated on the main deck, the barge fitted
with sideboard around the main deck. Prior
to loading, we inspected the deck allocated for
the cargo and found that, they were fit for receiving the nomination cargo. Before
loading of cargo nomination, no have sufficient wooden dunnages in order to
avoid cargo contact with the ship’s structure.
Lifting Process
During loading operation of nomination cargo from commencement on March 03,
2014 at 08.00 hrs up to today on March 06, 2014 at 08.00 hrs local time, the
cargoes were lifted from the loaders were in land transportation to the wharf,
then subsequently stowed on board the barge by using the shores crane which was
provided with sufficient appliances. During lifting operation, no problems
occurred on crane or in lifting appliances and the cargoes were loaded safely
to the barge main deck.

Forwarding Company
The
forwarding and stevedoring company was conduct by Sri Tama Sdn Bhd was assigned
to carry out of cargo from shipper premises to ship’s side Bg. Pacific Star 18
at the jetty of Sri Tama Sdn Bhd, Klang, Malaysia was assigned to carry out of
cargo loading operations on board the barge.
