The vessel was to be chartered
by PT. SIGUR ROS INDONESIA from the owner of PT. INDONESIA PRJOECT LOGISTIC
(IPL) on commencement of charter party and was to be delivered on December 10,
2013 at 09.00 hours local time at Batu Ampar, Batam, Indonesia

Based on our inspection that the AHTS.WARUNA
SUPPLY is anchor handling tug vessel. She is steel vessel of all steel welded
construction with 2 (two) units Main propulsion 2 x 2200 BHP Cummins QSK60 Diesel
Engine.
The main engine, auxiliary engine and other machineries, deck
machineries and ship’s outfitting were found in working order and well
maintained.
All propulsion, main engine, auxiliary engine and machineries
indicators, instrument and panel control were reportedly in operating order.
All navigation and communication equipment such as GPS, SSB, marine VHF,
echo sounder, compass, radar and etc. reportedly in operating order.
The safety equipment available on board such as rescue boat, life buoy,
life raft, life jackets and fire fighting appliances apparently in good operating
order.
Engine room, cargo room, steering gear compartment, bow thruster
compartment and other machinery space, emergency escape/hatch way including its
ladder and hatch cover were found well maintained and in good condition
The vessel’s freeboard was noted to be structurally in good condition and
at port and starboard of hull was provided with half steel pipe fender and removable
tire fenders in way of main deck until rise/upper deck side shell, at port and starboard
side at main deck side shell and at rise/upper deck side shell. Each tire fender
was connected by steel chain and fixed to the welded pad eyes at shell plate,
the condition were noted in good condition.
The main deck structure and wooden flooring were found fully coated and
in good condition.
Port and starboard cargo rail, bulwarks, bollard on main deck as well
as port and starboard bulwark, double bollards and panama chock on upper deck
were found in good condition.
External deck house including rails, ladder, windows and deck house
structure were found in good condition, engine exhaust funnel and ventilation
were found in good condition as well.
Wheelhouse including forward and aft console and the desk was found in good
condition.
The top wheelhouse (monkey island) including rails and stairway were
found in good condition.
Exhaust funnel, mast light and fi-fi monitor were found in good
condition as well.
The interior accommodation including cabins, galley, mess room,
passageway and staircase appeared in good condition.
Quantity of fuel oil, lube oil, hydraulic oil and fresh water at the
time of delivery on December 10, 2013 at 09.00 hours Local Time were as
follows:
